3 voiture en location - conditions generales
What is included: All of our fares include unlimited mileage, CDW, TLW, Airport Taxes, VAT, Road Tax.
What is not included:
Fares do not include CDW and TLW deductibles, SUPER PAI, one-way rentals, fuel, fines, damages to the below part of the voiture en location, internal tapestry, or due to driver's inobservance of the rules of the road. Furthermore the customer will be charged in the events of voiture en location plate loss, voiture en location documents loss and/or voiture en location keys loss.
Minimum age and driving license:
For rental of our vehicle Groupes A1/B/C/D/E1/F, clients must be at least 23 years of age and not older than 75. For rentals of all other Groupes the client must be at least 25 years old and not older than 75.
DRIVING LICENSE
For rental of Groupes A1/B/C/D/E1/F the clients must have held their driving license for at least 1 year. For all other vehicle types, the clients must have held their license for a minimum of three years.
Payment: For the rental of our vehicles, the client must be in possession of a valid credit voiture en locationd (Amex/Diners/VISA/Mastervoiture en locationd). For the rental of Groupes G/N1 the client must be in possession of 2 credit voiture en locationds, one of which must be Amex/Diners/VISA Gold.
Deposit: At the time of rental, a refundable deposit to cover the cost of fuel and CDW and/or TLW deductibles when required, will be blocked on the client credit voiture en locationd. The deposit will be unblocked if the vehicle has not been damaged or stolen and is returned with a full tank of fuel. To this purpose, the client must present a credit voiture en locationd (type Amex/Diners/Visa/Mastervoiture en locationd) in his name. Deposits may not be paid by cash, checks, bancomat or debit voiture en locationd. For Groupes G/N1/, the client must present 2 credit voiture en locationds registred at his name, one of which must be Amex, Diners or Visa Gold.
Fuel and Refuelling Charge: All of our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel (petrol or diesel). In the case that the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, a charge of Euros 11.00 + VAT (20%) will be charged in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.
Out of Hours:
In the majority of our rental locations pick-up and drop-offs outside normal office hours is allowed. Out of hour operations and "on request" must be confirmed by us in advance. For this service, clients will be asked to pay a lsupplement of Euros 31.00 + VAT (20%) at the local rental station.
Late returns: For vehicle drop-offs, a maximum tolerance of 59 minutes is allowed after which, an extra day rental will be charged (at our local rate in operation at the time).
Accessories:
ski racks, baby seats and snow chains are available in all our locations and should be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge of Euros 31.00 + VAT (20%) should be paid directly in the location at the time of rental.
Delivery and collection: Delivery and collection at our offices is free. The rental company can also offer delivery and collection to our clients hotels. In this case, all necessary information must be supplied at the time of reservation (hotel name, address, telephone number, pick up time etc.). The client is required to pay a supplement of Euros 31.00 + Vat (20%) in loco, for delivery or collection in hotels in any town where there is one of rental company's offices. For deliveries or collections in other destinations and additional fee of Euro 1,00 + VAT 20% per km will be charged. One way rentals (ONE WAY): For rentals finishing in aoffice other than the one of pick-up, a supplement of Euros 35.00 + VAT (20%) will be charged.
Extra drivers: For each additional driver, a supplement of Euros 4.00 + VAT 20% per day is required, to be paid at the local office the time of rental.
Type of vehicle:
Although the rental company endeavours to deliver the vehicle requested by the client, the model can not always be guaranteed. In the case that a requested model is not available, another vehicle of the same or of a superior category will be delivered.
Fines: All fines and charges relating to breaches of the rules of the road relating to a rental period will be charged directly to the renter.
Complaints:
Any complainys must be received by our main office within 60 days of the closure of the rental agreement. N.B. Rates and conditions subject to change without prior notice.
Insurance cover:
All vehicles are covered for third party liability with a maximum of Euros 2.582.284,50, damage insurance, fire and theft insurance and Airport Taxes.
C.D.W. and T.L.W. deductibles:
In the case of damage, theft or fire to the vehicle, a fixed deductible of Euros 1.000,00 + VAT (for Groupes A1/B/C/D), 1.200,00 + VAT (for Groupes E1/F/H/M1/S) and 2,583.00 + VAT (for Groupes G/N1) remains the responsibility of the client. The deductible amount must be left as deposit at the begining of the rental by credit voiture en locationd authorisation. In order to leave the deductible amount, client must be in possession of a valid credit voiture en locationd Amex, Diners or VISA. For Groupes G/N1 the client must be in possession of two personal credit voiture en locationds one of which should necessarily be AMEX/DINERS/VISA GOLD.
Super Cover Plus (Super Cover+Super PAI):
SUPER COVER PLUS consists of SUPER COVER (SUPER CDW: waives the damage excess; SUPER TLW: waives the theft excess) and SUPER PAI. For accidents occurred whithin EU countries the insured person (i.e. the person who signed the rental agreement) will be indemnified as follows: DEATH deriving from accident occurred while circulating on roads: €50.000/00; PERMANENT INVALIDITY deriving from accident occurred while circulating on roads: €50.000/00; REFUND FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES deriving from accident occurred while circulating on roads: €1000,00
SUPER COVER PLUS costs: €16,00+VAT 20% per day or €96,00+VAT 20% per week for Groupes A1/B/C/D; €22,00+VAT 20% per day or €132,00+VAT 20% per week for Groupes E1/F/H/M1/S; €34,00+VAT 20% per day or €204,00+VAT 20% per week for Groupes G/G1/N1/U.
